Information Collected from the WhatsApp Business API: When you connect your Meta Developer Account to our platform, we retrieve and store information strictly necessary for sending messages on your behalf, such as access tokens, phone number IDs, and WhatsApp Business Account IDs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Specifically, we use your information to:

Facilitate account creation and logon process.
Manage user accounts and billings.
Send administrative information to you.
Fulfill and manage your orders, payments, and WhatsApp campaign dispatches.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. Because our platform is a client for the Meta WhatsApp Business API, data is securely transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. in order to broadcast your campaigns.
