These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and VR SaaS Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site and using our Services to interact with the WhatsApp Cloud API, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. WhatsApp Business Policies

Because our software interfaces directly with Meta Platforms, Inc., your use of the Service is strictly subject to the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy. You agree you will not use our platform to send spam, bulk promotional messages without prior user opt-in, or any content deemed illegal or harmful by Meta's standards.

3. Service Availability & Limits

We provide the software "as is." We do not guarantee that the Site or the WhatsApp connection will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or networking problems resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. Your messaging volume and tier limits are strictly enforced by the subscription plan you select.

4. Payments & Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases. Prepaid messaging credits added to the wallet are non-refundable unless resulting from an internal system error.

5. User Account Security

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site.
